Heard “Black Steel,” the reworking of Public Enemy’s “Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos” at one of the Buffalo dance parties, glad to know what it is now.

Might have an interesting thesis idea! Will check tomorrow if it’s been done to death, or at all. But for now, I will go to bed on a high note of hope and progress!

This hasn’t been released in the States yet, but I’ve been downloading it. It’s by Reece Shearesmith and Steve Pemberton from The League of Gentlemen. Dawn French is also in it. It’s incredibly twisted, even more so than TLG. Episode 4 is an homage to Alfred Hitchcock’s Rope. <3
The Ashes - Stones. You can download the album for free, and it’s pretty damn good! “These Things Start” and “Stone” are great songs. Might be a pretty good “Fall record.” Recommended!
